These Conditions of Sale apply to all orders placed on ShinobiLab3D through our online store.

By placing an order on our website, the customer confirms that they have read, understood, and accepted these Conditions of Sale.
2. Products
ShinobiLab3D offers handmade and 3D printed products, including collectibles, display pieces, decorative items, cosplay props, lamps, statues, card accessories, and custom creations.
Our products are handcrafted and/or 3D printed. Small variations in texture, finish, color, sanding, painting, layer lines, or assembly may occur and are part of the handmade production process.
Product images are for presentation purposes. We do our best to display colors and details accurately, but the final appearance may slightly vary depending on screen settings, material availability, and handmade finishing.
Unless clearly stated otherwise, all products are intended for decorative, display, cosplay, collection, or photography purposes only.
3. Non-Official Fan-Made Products
Some products may be inspired by anime, manga, video games, movies, or pop culture universes.
Unless specifically stated, ShinobiLab3D is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially licensed by any brand, studio, publisher, or rights holder. All trademarks, names, characters, and references belong to their respective owners.
4. Prices
All prices are displayed in euros (€), taxes included where applicable.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout before payment confirmation. The final price shown at checkout includes the product price and any applicable shipping fees.
ShinobiLab3D reserves the right to modify prices at any time. However, the price applied to an order is the price displayed at the time the customer confirms the purchase.
5. Orders
After placing an order, the customer will receive an order confirmation email.
ShinobiLab3D reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order in case of payment issue, incorrect customer information, suspected fraud, unavailable materials, technical error, or any other legitimate reason.
For custom or personalized orders, the customer is responsible for providing accurate information, including colors, names, dimensions, selected options, and special instructions.
6. Payment
Payment is required at the time of order.
Accepted payment methods are displayed at checkout and may include credit/debit card, PayPal, Shop Pay, or other payment providers available on the website.
Orders are processed only after payment confirmation.
7. Production Time
Most products are made to order.
Production times vary depending on the product, selected options, workload, material availability, and complexity of the item.
Estimated production times are indicated on the product page whenever possible. These times are estimates and may vary, especially for hand-painted items, large statues, resin prints, custom projects, or high-demand periods.
If an unexpected delay occurs, ShinobiLab3D will contact the customer as soon as possible.
8. Shipping and Delivery
Orders are shipped to the address provided by the customer at checkout.
The customer is responsible for ensuring that the shipping address, name, phone number, email, and delivery details are correct and complete.
ShinobiLab3D cannot be held responsible for delays, failed deliveries, returned parcels, or additional costs caused by incorrect or incomplete customer information.
Delivery times depend on the destination country, carrier, customs processing, and external circumstances. Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed.
Once the parcel has been handed over to the carrier, delivery is handled by the shipping company. However, ShinobiLab3D will assist the customer in case of delivery issues whenever possible.
9. Customs, Import Duties and Taxes
For orders shipped outside the European Union, customs duties, import taxes, VAT, handling fees, or other local charges may apply.
These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping cost unless clearly stated at checkout.
ShinobiLab3D is not responsible for customs delays, import restrictions, or additional charges applied by the destination country.
10. Right of Withdrawal
For standard non-personalized products, customers located in the European Union have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days from the day they receive the order.

The customer must clearly state their wish to withdraw from the order and provide the order number.
Products must be returned unused, undamaged, complete, and in their original or equivalent protective packaging.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
11. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to products that are:
- personalized with a name, color, size, logo, text, or specific customer request;
- custom-made according to customer specifications;
- specially modified or produced as a unique custom order;
- hand-painted or customized according to specific customer instructions.
These items cannot be returned or refunded unless they arrive damaged, defective, or not in conformity with the order.
12. Returns and Refunds
Before returning any product, the customer must contact ShinobiLab3D by email.
Unauthorized returns may be refused.
Once the returned product is received and inspected, ShinobiLab3D will confirm whether the return is accepted.
If accepted, the refund will be issued using the original payment method.
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error by ShinobiLab3D or a defective/damaged product.
The customer is responsible for properly packaging the returned product. ShinobiLab3D is not responsible for damage caused during return shipping due to poor packaging.
13. Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items
If the order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, the customer must contact ShinobiLab3D as soon as possible at:

- clear photos of the product;
- photos of the packaging;
- description of the issue.
Depending on the situation, ShinobiLab3D may offer a replacement, repair, partial refund, full refund, or another appropriate solution.
Damage caused by misuse, improper handling, accidental breakage, modification, exposure to heat, water, impact, or poor maintenance is not covered.
14. Handmade and 3D Printed Product Tolerances
Due to the nature of 3D printing and handmade finishing, minor imperfections may occur, including:
- visible layer lines;
- small surface marks;
- slight color variations;
- minor sanding or painting differences;
- small assembly variations;
- support marks on resin prints;
- slight differences from product photos.
These characteristics are normal for handmade and 3D printed products and are not considered defects if they do not affect the general appearance or function of the product.
15. Safety and Use
Some products may contain small parts, magnets, electronic components, LEDs, batteries, sharp-looking decorative shapes, or fragile elements.
Unless clearly stated, products are not toys and are not intended for children.
Cosplay props and replicas are non-functional decorative items. They are not real weapons, tools, protective equipment, or safety devices.
The customer is responsible for using the product safely and in accordance with local laws and event rules.
16. Legal Guarantee
Customers benefit from the legal guarantees applicable under European and French consumer law, including the legal guarantee of conformity and the guarantee against hidden defects where applicable.
If a product is defective or not as described, the customer should contact ShinobiLab3D with proof of purchase and clear evidence of the issue.
17. Intellectual Property
All photos, product descriptions, designs, texts, logos, branding, and visual content created by ShinobiLab3D remain the property of ShinobiLab3D unless otherwise stated.
Any reproduction, copying, resale, commercial use, or unauthorized use of ShinobiLab3D content is prohibited.
18. Limitation of Liability
ShinobiLab3D cannot be held responsible for indirect damages, loss of opportunity, loss of profit, delivery delays caused by carriers, customs delays, incorrect customer information, or misuse of the product.
ShinobiLab3D’s liability is limited to the value of the order concerned.
19. Force Majeure
ShinobiLab3D shall not be held responsible for delays or failure to perform its obligations due to events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, carrier disruptions, customs delays, material shortages, accidents, technical failures, or other force majeure events.
