Returns & Refund Policy

At ShinobiLab, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return under the conditions outlined below.

✔ The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs

✔ We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot be held responsible for lost return shipments

Return Inspection

✔ Once the returned item has been received, it will be carefully inspected

✔ If the product is received in its original condition and shows no signs of damage, misuse, modification, or excessive wear, the return will be approved

✔ Refunds will only be processed after the returned item has been received and inspected

✔ If the returned item is damaged, incomplete, altered, or not in its original condition, the return request may be refused

Refund Process

✔ Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase

✔ Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider

✔ Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless required by applicable law

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide:

✔ Photos of the item

✔ Photos of the packaging

We will review the issue and work with you to find a suitable solution.

Custom and Personalized Items

✔ Custom-made, personalized, hand-painted, or made-to-order products may not be eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective
